- The subject of the order is the purchase, implementation and maintenance of the HR process system. In particular, the subject of the contract is to develop optimal processes, implement and share the system in the SAAS (Software As a Service) by the Internet, managed by the Contractor, to operateHuman resource management processes - HR, preceded by proper configuration and implementation, as well as the provision of maintenance services in the outsourcing model (SAAS) and development works, including delivery (granting or providing granting) a license for the use of the software by the Ordering Party -Pursuant to the contract, OPZ and the offer.
