- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services-psychiatric research for the needs of the NMP in Toruń and other police units of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract taking into account the scope and the number of medical services provided has been determinedby the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to SWZ and in the planned provisions of the contract (Annex 3 to SWZ), with the indicated amounts of an estimated nature, and the actual number of services will depend on the real needs of the contracting authority, but not less than 50% of the value of the contract.
3. ItemOrders include 24 -hour provision of medical services in relation to detained persons, brought by officers, with the proviso that they will be performed 7 days a week - 24 hours a day.
4. The facility (object), in which medical services will be performed, must be located inwithin the administrative boundaries of the Bydgoszcz poviat or the city of Bydgoszcz.
5. The treatment of detainees is not within the scope of the proceedings in question and takes place on the principles of universal health insurance.
6. Division into parts: The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers.
