- 4.1 The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works on the bridge, entered in the register of monuments, in the scope of the implementation of the investment task entitled "Reconstruction of the Tczew bridge - stage II", consisting in completing the IIA stage, excluding the reconstruction of travel and land developmentAt the bridge from Tczew. As part of previous works related to the reconstruction of the Tczewski Bridge, the stage I and partly the stage IIA was implemented in the whole.SWZ-List of project documentation

4.2 The number of the number points out that the entire object of the Tczewski bridge is entered in the register of immovable monuments-by the decision of the Pomeranian monument conservator in Gdańsk No. A-1705of October 7, 2016. The initial entry included three central spans with pillars-entry No. A-1210.
In connection with the above, all changes in relation to the approved construction project and issued conservation decisions require approval at the Pomeranian Provincial Conservator of Monuments.Currently, the procedure for removing part of the building, i.e. span No. 3 of the road bridge (ESTB) in Tczew - Lisewo, from the register of monuments.
