- The subject of the order is the supply of natural gas to the Police facilities of the Lublin Province. The detailed range of deliveries for individual locations is described in the "price calculations" attachments for each package, i.e. ::
1. Gas supply to KWP facilities in Lublin, in accordance with Annex No. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3,1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8 to SWZ;
2. Delivery of gas to the KMP facilities in Biała Podlaska, KPP in Łukow, KP in Stoczek Łukowski, KPP in Radzyń Podlaski, OPP in Lublin with its registered office in Biała Podlaska, in accordance with Annex 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 to SWZ;
3. Delivery of gas to KPP facilities in Biłgoraj, KP inJozefow, PP in Potok Gorny, PP in Frampol, KPP in Hrubieszow, KPP in Janow Lubelski,
PP in Modliborzyce, KPP in Krasnystaw, PP in Izbica, PP in Siennica Rożana, KPP in Opole Lubelskie, KPP in Tomaszow Lubelski, PP in Łuby Krolewska, PP in Łuby,
in Krasnobrod, KP in Szczebrzeszyn,PP in Zwierzyniec, PP in Miączyn, PP in Wilkołaz, in accordance with Annex No. 3.2, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14, 3.15, 3.16, 3.17, 3.18 and 3.19 to SWZ;
